I need assistance with this task because I have done everything correctly.

I am not sure what is missing or maybe I did something incorrectly.

Please advise.

I followed the step-by-step process.

When I filter out the "On Hold" incidents, I get a total of eight (8) incidents 

I can only get three (3) incidents "On Hold" and five (5) incidents " In Progress"
