Can't manage my develop Instance

Yesterday when I tried to wake up my instance, the management page can't be loaded. It stuck. After I press F12, I found a request report 500 Error. Does anything happened to this platform?

Hi @英豪陈 ,

 

as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:

  •  wait, it should come online again after some time.
  •  If you get tired of waiting. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note! Any work that hasn’t been backed up will be list for good.

Hi @英豪陈 PDI instances are down and most of us cannot access them. It's already been past the required number of days where you have to wake up an instance before you lost it so it appears we will all lose all our PDI data. Good luck and I hope you regain your access.

Just wanted to post an update that this morning my PDI was able to be woken from its slumber and I was able to get back into it. All the data remained even though it was past the number of days where an instance will be released if I didn't wake it. Thank you to the ServiceNow team responsible for restoring access. 🙏

I was quick to celebrate, my PDI is back to being down again. ugh!
