Can we install RPA Plugin on PDI?

Can we install RPA Hub Application ( sn_rpa_fdn ) on PDI? I tried it apporx last month and it was working but not working since last week.
Any one knows this is temporary problem or now we can not install RPA hub on PDI?
We can install it on RPA Plugin on PDI - Referring to https://youtu.be/PBt0owcHvAY?si=IuDvhXaqzHHu4A1C
But getting below error..

I followed the instructions in the video and I do not seem to be getting errors. I went to system definitions > Plugins and then searched RPA and clicked install next to RPA Hub.

Hi Brian, Thanks for your prompt reply.. Which serviceNow version you have on your PDI? I am using Vancouver also couple of my friends facing same issue as mentioned above? Can you please let me know.. thanks

I'm on Utah but I'm wiping my instance and will upgrade to see if I can install it on Vancouver.
