catalog item should not submit with out approval

Hi guys , 

Been working on the requirement , I have created the catalog item 'natural card' , where I have one field 'Will the employee have significant travel ?" yes/no and 'requested for' field.

if the option is selected 'no' first , it should go ask for approval for a 'test' group before form get submit And if approved only then only it should get submitted.  

when approved task <' natural task for 'requestor for'>should get generate and will get assigned to the 'test' Group.

Not able to figure out how shall proceed further can someone guide me ?

Hi @tGhadage  ,

If the end user selects 'No' and approval is triggered, all the user will play with it and it will create million approvals from the same user, which I believe is not correct and not achievable.

Let the user submit the task, create an approval. If approved Create a task else if Rejected send a notification that the request has rejected.
