CIS-ITSM voucher released but still asking for payment while scheduling exam

Hi Team,
I’ve completed the required training for the CIS – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM) certification, and my voucher status in Now Learning shows as “Claim.”, it still asks for a payment of USD 450 instead of applying the voucher.
When i try with Learning Credits .It shows

Looks like the voucher hasn’t synced correctly with the exam portal. Try logging out and back in, then reclaim the voucher. If the issue persists, contact Now Learning support — they’ll fix the mapping on their end.

if you are working for a ServiceNow partner then you can check with your company's Account representative
I think your company should already have credits which you can use.
With that you need not pay

are you logging to now learning with your company email address?
Also is your company a partner of ServiceNow?
