CIS-ITSM voucher released but still asking for payment while scheduling exam

Hi Team,

I’ve completed the required training for the CIS – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM) certification, and my voucher status in Now Learning shows as “Claim.”, it still asks for a payment of USD 450 instead of applying the voucher.

When i try with Learning Credits .It shows

Yes , My company is a partner of ServiceNow. Still it asking  450 Learning Credits 450 USD. When i try to do with learning credits .
it shows "Your Company does not currently have any learning credits."

How can i solve this issue.
Please let me know

Hi @SoudarapuN ,

 

If your coompany is a servicenow partner company then they will have a partner portal. You need to register yourself on that partner portal and get access of it. Then Navigate to Servicenow University with that same email address (your official email from which you got partner portal access) then you will be able to see cost as Zero dollar. To get the partner portal access you need to discuss it your manager or the partner portal Admin/manager. Hope the things are clear now.
