1. Please help me understand why these features were removed from CMDB in Xanadu release, what was the servicenow thought behind removing these feature?
2. Also is there any alternatives that has been provided as replacement OOTB or they needs to be manually created and configured ?

1. The CMDB Health dashboard on Core UI isn't included in new Xanadu instances. On upgraded instances, this dashboard is available but no longer supported.
2. The following widgets have been removed from the CI Health tile in the CMDB Workspace: Incomplete Attributes vs Total Attributes, Non-compliant relationships vs Total Relationships, and Stale relationships vs Total Relationships widgets.
3. The concept of the overall health score has been removed and no longer appears in any of the CMDB Health dashboards or views.
4. The concept of weighted averages and scorecards thresholds, which specify the ranges of health states, has been removed.
The bar charts for metrics in the main CMDB Health dashboard have been removed, as well as the tiles for top 10 incident, alert, and change generators.
5. The CMDB Health Dashboard - Top Task Generating CIs Calculation scheduled job has been removed."

Hi @Rahul Gaur

You need to check why that is removed, what could be the alternatives to it. That Why can be answered by servicenow.

Hello @PrashantLearnIT
I see that "Why" can only be answered by ServiceNow and you are unable to answer it, then

I hope you can answer my another why - Why you are promoting your LinkedIn profile, youtube and Medium.com.

You earned "ServiceNow MVP" just to boast and promote yourself rather than providing an appropriate answer.

I would suggest rather spamming, if you have an answer please post it here.

Hi @Rahul Gaur ,

Bro don't try to comment on anyone's personal designation or skills, why I was MVP you don't know how much effort is required to become MVP, People don't become MVPs just for replying to answers.

One more thing if something is removed by servicenow, that means any alternative option is there, if you don't find it, you have to ask servicenow that's a very basic lesson for anyone, why this is spam? If you are finding it a spam you can delete my comment anyway.

I cannot think of an answer for 2 to 5, but for 1. I believe that they are in the process of moving the dashboard out of the Core UI into a workspace, which seems the be the trend for any dashboard that could be used by someone who is not a System Admin.
