I'm unable to access my PDI and yesterday I was working on it normally. I have important information to finish on it. Can you help?

Hi @EliaquimS,

Unfortunately, we cant do any thing for PDI except "wait" as there is no support available.

Did you try with "Report" option.

Adding other thread for similar case.

Hi @EliaquimS

as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:

  •  wait, it should come online again after some time.
  •  If you get tired of waiting. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note! Any work that hasn’t been backed up will be list for good.

If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

Best regards
Anders

Hi @EliaquimS  PDI instances are down and most of us cannot access them. Its already been past the required number of days where you have to wake up an instance before you lose it so it appears we will all lose all our PDI data. Good luck and I hope you regain your access.
