"Developer Instance stuck on 'Waking up'"

My PDI is not waking up and I use daily these platform then also is not waking up

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:

  1. There is no support available for PDI.
  2. If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
  3. You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.

There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

 

Backup and restore you PDI data using GITHUB

 

FYI, earlier Backup and restore feature was available for PDI's which is disccontinued since 15 DEC 2022

However, there is a way to Backup your PDI Data using GITHUB

Hi @ishwarsingh ,

As explained by @Dr Atul G- LNG , we don't have other option except "wait" , if this is due to some know issue which is under maintenance by DC team then chances are high to online again else you can request new one.

as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:

  •  wait, it should come online again after some time.
  •  If you get tired of waiting. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note! Any work that hasn’t been backed up will be list for good.
