I am still seeing that developer portal site is on scheduled maintenance even though the maintenance window is elapsed more than 36 hrs. Should I still wait for to get my PDI back online? Any suggestions pls.

Hi @SrinivasuC ,
as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:
- wait, it should come online again after some time.
- If you get tired of waiting. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note! Any work that hasn’t been backed up will be list for good.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

Hey @SrinivasuC, in most cases these issues automatically get resolved.
You can do troubleshooting by clearing the cache of the PDI by using the cache.do functionality of SercvieNow.
Also clear your browser cache and close the browser and Restart you PC and login again.
If the problem persists, then you have to release your PDI and request for a new instance as PDI's have no support from ServiceNow.
TIP: Kindly back up the updates if required and once got the new instance you can commit them.

They just didn't remove the banner announcement in portal. If you can access/request PDI then you can still do it irrespective of the announcement.
If you are not able to get your instance online then you have to wait and that's the only option as ServiceNow is now not giving any support to PDIs. Backup your work regularly to not lose any work incase your PDI is revoked in future.
Accept the solution and mark as helpful if it does, to benefit future readers.

Sumanth

Now I'm seeing this banner in the developer portal since last 1.5 days:
"We're currently experiencing issues with Personal Developer Instances (PDIs). Our team is actively working on a resolution. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any inconvenience."
