I am still seeing that developer portal site is on scheduled maintenance even though the maintenance window is elapsed more than 36 hrs. Should I still wait for to get my PDI back online? Any suggestions pls.

Hi @SrinivasuC ,
as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:
- wait, it should come online again after some time.
- If you get tired of waiting. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note! Any work that hasn’t been backed up will be list for good.

Finally, my wait and patience is paid off !! My instance is back online. Hard lesson learnt is to backup regularly to avoid loosing of good work!!
