Email is not getting triggerred to the user once sc_task , Ritm is getting closed

Whenever my sc_task is getting closed , ritm is not getting auto closed based on that and neither Ritm parent (REQ) is getting closed , also the mail is also not getting trigerred whenever the sc_task and Ritm gets closed to the user. Any Assistance?

so do you have the logic in place to close?
If not then add that logic to close RITM and REQ when SC TASK is closed.
what did you start and where are you stuck?

I have added the logic to close the sc_task , Ritm & Req but do i need to include any logic to specifically to generate the email?

you can configure notification on RITM and REQ with proper conditions to that Notification triggers.
Set proper recipients etc
