Hi @pavi12 ,

  1. Go to sys_properties.LIST
  2. Search for the property "glide.prediction_service.url".
  3. Delete the property.
  4.  Look for "glide.shared_service_scheduler.url " is populated with “https://sncmlscheduler.service-now.com/”

I have deleted this property but it's again showing 

How can I resolve this issue?

Good morning!

 

I stumbled across this when I was looking for the resolution myself. I raised a Support case for my lab instance and ServiceNow Linked me KB0011418

 

After completing the steps in the Knowledge article, the InternetIssues Intent was created successfully.

 

For those who already deleted the property above, I think you should terminate your instance and start again. I tried this and the instance started giving me gateway errors. 😕
