Help text/ field message for a watchlist field. A pop up when user added to watchlist

Hi Experts,

In employee center on a "HRM Ticket" Page (Once the hr case is submitted the page that is visible) I added a "Watchlist" field. Is there any possibility to add a help text to watchlist field on that ticket page? If not help text at least a field message or a popup info after adding the person to watchlist? Can someone help on this as this is very critical.

Hi @bhaavani,

I was checking and you can update the hint displayed when you hover over the Watch List, it will show "interested users".

Or in the backend you can add a field message with onLoad client script:

 

I'm not so skilled with the Portal development, but maybe you can try to add something similar to the particualr widget from your screen (I don't have HR installed in my end and cannot find any similar widget for ITSM)
