Problem form having update wlth lens instead of update button

Open problem record after Zurich upgrade

Noticed update with lens button appears instead of update button

checked in UI action both update with lens and update buttons are active but in the forum only update with lens appears

First try again in incognito window/private browser just to check if it is related cache issue.

If not solved ,

Repair plugin -> Problem Management plugin (com.snc.problem)
