I am seeking some guidance on how to get the Developer Sandboxes feature enabled in early access. I know its not in general availability but places I have seen indicate that it can be requested before GA.
We have engaged our account managers but they have thus far been unable to answer questions on this.
This is a very disappointing experience as we are excited for this new feature but are not able to consume it.

Hi @ravikummar0,
please what do you mean by "sandbox feature"?
According to the contracts, there are instances - it can be 2 (DEV + PROD) and there can be more (e.g. DEV - TEST- QA 1 - Q2 - PROD)... thus if you want to have more of the instances then your company's representative must contact ServiceNow, nobody else would be able to help you.
If you want to test some specific feature, you can request a PDI (Personal Developer Instance) - but there are some limitations, the instance is revoked after 10 days of inactivity and not all features (namely AI) are available but most of them are...
For a PDI, go to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do for a "real" instance, contact ServiceNow.
