To automatically assign an accepted major incident to the Major Incident Management

I would like to automatically assign an accepted major incident to the Major Incident Management group and the associated on-call user.

  1. Create a new on-call trigger rule to meet this requirement.
  2. Give the new trigger rule any appropriate name.
  3. Assign the On-Call: Assign Trigger workflow.

Solution:
1. On Call Scheduling > Trigger Rules > New
2. Name: (Any) , Table: Incident
When to Active(Tab)
Conditions:  Major incident state is Accepted
What action to take(Tab)

Group: Major Incident Management
Trigger Action: Workflow
Trigger Flow: "On-Call: Assign"
