How to add the dropdown in report

That is your "additional group by":

Hello @Baskarank 

you don't need to add the dropdown manually, it is OOB functionaity that servicenow Report's provide.

Steps to show the dropdown :

1.) Create a new report

2.) select the addtional group by option under configure

3.) select the fields which you want to group by, these fields will appear as a dropdown

4.) save it and then Run Report

as you can see here the dropdown appears by following above steps.

1 comes from Group by and the other comes from Stack by
