Have you tried to update the Action name field to sysverb_<name>.?

Example: sysverb_new, sysverb_new_actual_time, etc

I did quick test in my side, it works pretty well.

You're changing the Name while we need to modify the Action name field. I highlight it in green as shown below.

Let's try this out. The article would be what you're looking for in regards to the alert of No records selected.

It seems like it still hasn't solved my problem.

Have you tried to update the Action name field to sysverb_<name>.?

Example: sysverb_new, sysverb_new_actual_time, etc
