Multiple Data Visualization Issues After Australia Upgrade

Hi Community,

We recently upgraded to the Australia release and have started seeing multiple issues in Data Visualization. We would like to know if anyone else has experienced similar behavior.

Issues observed:

• Some columns are behaving unexpectedly and not displaying data correctly.
• Several reference fields are showing Sys IDs instead of display values.
• Certain columns/fields are no longer available to add in Data Visualizations.
• The behavior seems inconsistent across different visualizations and dashboards.

Has anyone encountered these issues after the Australia upgrade?

Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

if you are sure these are issues post upgrade and nothing changed in the dashboards/reports etc better to raise a case with ServiceNow
