Requirement is to create Report or PA widget with Gnatt chart type want to show project planning data like it is there on project workspace planning page.

hi, In order to create a report nowadays in ServiceNow you need to do it in UI Builder. You can create a dashboard as well in a user friendly environment (the in-line dashboards):
