Hello, 

I've developped a really appreciated feature on my PDI for a customer. I was supposed to present it to my customer in two days.. 

now. .impossible just cause suddently you decided to hibernate and offline my instance. FOR NO REASON. (it was not unused for days..)

I used it extensively last friday, during two weeks straight.. and on monday.. Hibernating.. then since monday..offline..

thank you.. great. That's - really - disgusting. I honestly will promote the competition.

Remember that PDIs are free of charge and that you should always back up your work as unexpected things can happen to PDIs and no recovery is possible.

Don’t worry, buddy. I’ve also faced the same situation. My instance went offline as well, but after a few hours, it came back online.

In rare cases, however, the instance may not come back and could be permanently hibernated. So, one important thing to keep in mind is to always take a backup of your important work. This way, if your PDI goes into hibernation or something goes wrong with the instance, you’ll still have a backup and won’t lose your work.
