We have implemented a Risk Assessment for Change Management where one of the metrics is populated via a Script. This script automatically retrieves data from the CMDB to determine the answer.
However, when the Risk Assessment pop-up (modal) appears, the value retrieved from the CMDB is displayed in an editable field. To ensure data integrity and prevent manual overrides by users, we need this specific metric to be Read-Only within the assessment questionnaire interface, while still allowing the script to populate its value.
