After the release of Whiteboard 1.0 last September, which is probably one of the most seen videos about the ServiceNow platform, an update was released today.
Version 2 is a great walkthrough of the ServiceNow AI Platform for Business Transformation in the Australia release. Michael Park highlights how ServiceNow is helping customers move at AI speed with governed, production-ready AI that delivers real value fast — through Otto, Context Engine, Action Fabric, and AI Control Tower.
This also connects nicely to the whiteboard session from last September, where we could explore how the platform could evolve from AI experiments into governed, enterprise-scale execution. Seeing that direction come to life in the release makes the story even stronger.
What stood out most is the clear progression from context to action to control, with security capabilities from Armis and Veza reinforcing the governance story.
