Would you mind sharing more details? Are you looking to add a fixed email address to CC or it will change?

Did you try using any mailscripts?

It will change for incident to incident., is there any example can you share how to use mailscripts to pass and update it? because I'm not sure whether we can add anything in cc field. looks like it's an string field.
