It might give you some answers

Hi @ashishkanoo
I have been experiencing the PDI is too slow for past two days.If you dont want to lose your data, always push your work in the github through source control. It helps to retrieve the data whenever you need.

Hi @ashishkanoo
If instance is offline for 24-48 hours and you are unable to wake up , Request for new instance .
In that case you will loose your data.
You know that there is no support available for PDI.

Hi @ashishkanoo,
I'm using my PDI without any interruption.
If you have already waited for ~24 - 48 hours, then you can request a new instance. Since, we don't any support for PDI issues.
