I wanted to get into SNOW, registered for Associated Implementer course.
Frankly speaking, SNOW University navigation is very pathetic, too many screens opens, no option to go back and refer, what action makes the level complete difficult to know.
I am loosing interest... Instead i can refer some YouTube videos to know about the product.
Also I tried multiple times to launch a lab instance... i could not 😞

have you been using the old university called Now Learning?
i must admit that transfer from NL to the ServiceNow Uni took me some time to understand it but not after a few months it feels all good.
can you give an example of what was the issue with navigation?
youtube might be a good source of information but it’s UNOFFICIAL one!! So if there’s any bullcrap information you will learn and remember it and then fail any exam, you will most likely blame ServiceNow for stupid questions in that exam.
also, some of the materials are prerequisites for exam, micro or mainline certs and many more.
so it would be better if you would accept the reality and try to get used to it rather than using external and often incorrect sources of information…
this is my direct experience, you will never get better source of ServiceNow topics than at ServiceNow official sites, regardless you like it or not.
please share what exactly you find problematic and let’s see if there’s any alternative approach or anything.
Also, there is a survey on the website to provide feedback. Voice of an individual wouldn’t surely change pretty much anything but the more feedback the more actions it will trigger.
