PDI - Instance waking up issue

I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding an issue I have been experiencing in ServiceNow.
For the past two days, I have been receiving waking up instance messages, and I am unable to click on the "Start Building" button in "https://developer.servicenow.com/" page.
To resolve this issue, I have attempted the following steps:
- Cleared my cache
- Clicked on "Refresh Instance"
Unfortunately, these actions have not resolved the problem.
Is there any other way to restore my instance?
I have made significant developments in it, and I would greatly appreciate any guidance or support you can provide.

Hi @KesavarajG43957,
Unfortunately there is no support provided by ServiceNow for PDIs. You will have to indefinitely wait until your instance wakes up.
Keep a backup of your work in Github or move completed update sets to a repository so that such issues doesn't hamper your hard worked development and learnings.

Hi @KesavarajG43957 ,
as you might know, there is no support available in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:
- wait, it should come online after some time.
- If you get tired of waiting, release your instance and request a fresh installation. Please notice, every work that has been done and which you haven’t backed up will be lost for good.
