What is going on with our PDIs?
Mine has been offline for days. Due to unscheduled maintenance.
May I please get an update?

Hello @staticCrash
From my past experiences, If the message you see is just offline, without any other comments or communication, the chances are near 100% that you will never get your PDI back 😔.
If you have something important in it, wait for couple of days and see. Otherwise you can release it and request for new one.
Please mark my answer helpful 👍 and accept as a solution ✅ if it helped.

Unfortunately there is no support for PDI. You may need to release instance and request new one.
Please mark my answer correct and helpful if this works for you.

Hi @staticCrash
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- Wait, it should come online after some time
- if you get tired of waiting, release the instance and request a fresh installation. NOTICE, if you do this, every development that you haven't backed up will be lost for good.

I agree with @AndersBGS in that you should wait. I have had the experience of the offline PDI coming back online same day or in the next 24 hours.
