From my past experiences, If the message you see is just offline, without any other comments or communication, the chances are near 100% that you will never get your PDI back 😔.
If you have something important in it, wait for couple of days and see. Otherwise you can release it and request for new one.

I have tried to upgrade my PDI, now it is showing instance upgrade is going on for 2-3 days .

I was surprised to see that my PDI was back up. For now. Thanks to all the replies. Now I really understand the no support policy for PDIs.
