I am trying to add HRSD and CSM, but am unable to install any plugins and get an email saying plugin failure plus the pdi is super slow and takes 20 minues just to get into the navigator? is this common now as it never happened to my instance before?

Hi @techsr 

Do install one by one. This are heavy plugin (means lots of component) and sometimes it takes hour to get full installed. 

Just install : Customer Service plugin (com.sn_customerservice)

For HRSD: Install the com.sn_hr_core plugins in your PDI.
