Does anyone has experience with implementing predictive intelligence for change management, for standard change candidates and for risk assessment? What were your experiences? How much time did it take and what were the preconditions for successful implementation?
Do you have some documentation to share (external is also welcome as there is not much on ServiceNow Documentation)?
