Records are not visible in list view.

Record are not visible in list view if filtered by a custom date type field for sn_bcp_plan table in BCM module. However, if this custom date type field is removed from the result the expected records ends up showing which confirms that users have access to these records and there are no ACLs or BRs blocking access to these records for the users.

@tajinderpal

try creating query_range ACL on your table and field and add necessary role and then see

Please refer to the screenshot as asked:Screenshot 2026-01-07 160329.png

HI @tajinderpal ,

You need to add an  Access Control which will  be granting the query_range operation for the roles that you want to be able to view .  try adding an Access Control configured as follows:
  Type: Record
  Operation: query_range
  Name:
  Roles: add the Roles that should be allowed

if you found my answer helpful, please mark it as helpful and accept as the solution

Thanks,
