Related knowledge articles are not showing in service portal

Hello Community,

We have catalog item in our Service portal and according to value in Service offering field, the related knowledge articles used to show up but they are not anymore. What can be the root cause please?

I guess someone could have made some changes on contextual search settings but I would like to get some advice how I can find whether there was some change made or how I can revert it back so knowledge articles will show up again.
