Related to Incident Form "Related Seach Results"

Hello Everyone,
We have OOB "Related Search Result" on incident form which shows the link of Catalog item and KB article based on short description field. Now When you click on the link of Kb article the pop-up window gets open and you will see the "This Helped" check box button on the top of that window.
Requirement:- We have one "Knowledge Article" field on incident form. The requirement is to set that "knowledge article" field with Kb number(KB012304) when we click on the "This Helped" check box from open window.
