Reports

Hello, I would like to know if a report generated as a Pivot Type can arrange the results from highest to lowest or vice versa. Can someone tell me if this is possible from the Reports menu?

Hi @Juan76

Pivot reports in ServiceNow can not be sorted by highest or lowest in the Reports menu.
Use List or Bar reports if you need sorting.

Thank You !

Below is a sample pivot chart, as you can see I can sort on any of the columns in ascending or descending order. Go to Platform Analytics -> Library -> Data Visualizations -> Create data visualization to create a data visualization component

You can use data visualization components to place in a dashboard or schedule it to be shared as reports using more actions -> schedule option

You can do sorting in reports module as well [expand the filter icon -> Open condition builder -> Add Sort]. Go to reports and in the filter conditions section add sort and provide the field(s) and sort order,
