Hi am working on Salesforce CRM integration for the SAM pro implimentation
My client is keeping all their different accounts data in to one account in a custom table, so if i integrate the custom table account will my integration pulls the data of software or will it not work, as we are doing out of box integration.
i belive the servicenow spoke will query only set of table which are custom, so i need help in find the tables that servicenow will query while fetching data at salesforce side of tables.
