Hi All,

Can anyone let me know when changing the company do we need to change or merge our servicenow account to our personal email id. If we do so, is there any impact ??

Hi @pk2184046 ,

 

We need to merge accounts if we have 2 accounts - one with Personal Email ID and 2nd with Official Email. There will be no impact, you will be able to see all certifications, trainings with your personal mail id. Process to merge IDs can be foudn here:-
