Yokohama Upgrade

Hi,
We are currently running the Xanadu version of ServiceNow, and I’d like to move forward with the upgrade to Yokohama in our production environment.

On one hand, I understand there are several tasks to complete before starting and running the upgrade.
On the other hand, I know there are also post-upgrade tasks that need to be performed after the upgrade is completed.

In other words, there is a pre-upgrade checklist and a post-upgrade checklist.

Does anyone know approximately how much time (in hours or days) is typically required to complete all these activities?

The time required to complete the upgrade varies based on the level of customisation, number of modules installed etc.

Hi @EnriqueC ,

 

Pre and Post activities duration will depends on multiple things like - how much data customization you have in your environemnt and how many skipped items are generating. How many update sets you need to take backup, how many Test account youneed to take backup etc etc so pre activities may take 2-3 days to one week and same for post activities. And complete process of upgrade of Dev, QA, PROD may take 1 month to 2 month, depends on process and how many issues you are gettign after upgrade.
