ServiceNow go-live - Missed planning / development stages

I started an ITAM position for an organization that went live with their ServiceNow instance 2 weeks after I started working for them.  What are some suggestions to get me up to speed?  What access should I request for managing CI's and CMDB as it relates to Asset Management?  What access should I have for the Service Catalog and Discovery Dashboard?

 

Any ServiceNow best practice documentation suggestions would be greatly appreciated as well !!

Also wondering if the Workflow Studio will provide me with a high level view of both INC and REQ approval workflows?
