ServiceNow University is not Loading

I recently changed my ServiceNow ID. ServiceNow University is not opening and it is looping back to Home page after login.

This knowledge article is also not loading. I can access other products except ServiceNow University.

Recently, I had updated my ServiceNow ID. Updating ServiceNow ID again resolved the issue.
