Hello, how do I make a notification under the following conditions:
Alert - SLA almost breached 75%
sent to- a care provider
When was it sent-
SLA reached 75% of the continuation specified in the SLA definition
I would appreciate help on how to do the notification and show me what to fill in because I got confused, thanks!!!!!!

Hello @yardenKrispel
Please follow the below steps :
Step 1 : Create Event registry System policy>> Events >> Registry
Here I have given name as 'sla.breach.seventyfive'
Step 2 : While creating Notification use Advanced view from related list
In When to send section , configure like below
Send when : Event is fired
Event Name : sla.breach.seventyfive (created in step 1) you can use your event registry name
Who will receive
To whom you want to send the notification
What it will contain : subject & body of notification
Step 3 : In workflow , use create event activity
In Create event activity, select event name as you created in step 1
