Text search not working for new record

In our company's ServiceNow environment, text search on an existing table used to work normally. Recently, however, while text search can still retrieve old records from the same table, it fails to find new ones. New records are retrievable using other fields like "name".
We recently installed the patch glide-zurich-07-01-2025__patch6-hotfix1-02-05-2026_02-09-2026_1234.zip. Could this patch be the cause?
Recently, the database has been upgraded to RaptorDB. Could this be the reason for the upgrade?
Not only for one table, but also for multiple tables, the text search cannot retrieve newly created records, including custom tables and the default table (such as kb_knowledge).
For one of the tables, I clicked the [Generate Text Index] link, and the previous records of this table could be retrieved through text search. However, when I added a new record to this table, the new record could not be retrieved through text search.
