Unable to access servicenow developer website

Why https://dev182177.service-now.com/ is redirecting to the AppEngine website and not the servicenow developer welcome website?

I filled my credentials in https://dev182177.service-now.com/

but it is redirecting me to https://dev182177.service-now.com/now/appenginestudio/home

Try this,
Expand your profile by clicking in top right corner of your developer page.
Find an option called 'Change User Role'.
Select the 'admin' option there and press change user role button.
Later when you try to login you will see the devloper welcome page.
