Unable to get a PDI in the Australia instance

Ive requested a PDI on the Australia release, but havent got it in the last 24 hours. Anyone else facing the same?

the only option is to wait until you get new PDI

Currently High demand often causes the Australia PDI pools to waitlist or error out. 

Wait for the waitlist/provisioning to fulfill. 

  • If your PDI request fails or stays stuck in "waking up" or "launching" , 500 error for more than 4-7 days, release the instance and request a new one (lower version)
