Hi @varundosapa,
you can try to log out out, clear browsing history (cache), log in again and retry.
Eventually you can try to register from incognito regime or any other browser.
If none of it helps, then go to SN University > Help Centre and create a case to get assistance from ServiceNow.

I checked and we're not experiencing any known issues with Pearson currently. I'd recommend trying the steps listed above and if that is not working opening a case.
