Up/Down Arrow Reversed in Dropdown Menu

Hi Team,

In the Collapse menu of the Learning Course page, the up and down arrow icons are reversed, causing confusion while navigating the options. I have attached the Screenshot for your reference.

If you open any application it's down arrow otherwise it will be up. This is my course
