Hi Channel, Do you know how to config the case view in Ui16, when I open the case the mouse focus will jump to the middle of the form, not staying on the top of the record? Regards, Daisy

I want to know where to config, so the scroll-bar will stay in the middle of the form not on top. 

eg: for my below screen-shot
I want to see the Communication not the Component and other details when I open the form.

so basically your focus should go to that form section when form loads

use onLoad client script on your case table

function onLoad() {

    setTimeout(function() {
        g_tabs2Sections.setActive(0); // the first tab is 0
    }, 1000);
	
}
