Hi everyone!
I'm updating all the applications because we want to upgrade from Xanadu to Yokohama, but I found a problem when I tried to update Workflow studio, because requires Unified Developer Core, but looking for this application in the Application Manager, it turns out that it is installed and updated to the actual verison. I syncronized the apps but I get the same result.

Hi @CarlosAndrC
as you have left some important context information it's difficult to answer. So I only can assume you are talking about a customer instance and not a PDI, right? I saw such problems especially on on-premise instances and at the end it always could only be solved by creating a support ticket.

Hi @Maik Skoddow ! About the question, is QA instance, we're trying to upgrade from Xanadu to Yokohoma and test the behaviors before to do it in the PROD intstance. In my research, I found as a good practice before the start upgrade is updting all applications, but with Workflow Studio I can'not update, because ask me to install Unified Developer Core and as surprise I have installed and updated to the latest version.

Hi @CarlosAndrC
again: I can only recommend creating a support ticket, as no one else will be able to help you.
And regarding your statement about upgrading store applications:
When upgrading a ServiceNow instance, handling OOTB applications requires special attention to ensure you benefit from the latest features and maintain platform stability.
-
Automatic Updates: During a platform upgrade (e.g., patch or family release), OOTB applications that are part of the core platform (such as Incident, Flow Designer, Knowledge Management) are automatically updated as part of the upgrade process.
-
Store Applications: Activated ServiceNow Store applications are updated if their installed version is below the minimum required for the new platform version. However, they may not be upgraded to the latest available version—just to the minimum compatible version.
-
Manual Updates: Some applications and plugins have independent release cycles. To get the latest versions, you must manually update them via the Application Manager after the platform upgrade
