Permit&licences - Playbook record generator action

Hello,

When I try the OOB playbook content item “License and Permit Playbook” in the GSP portal, the first activity displays the view configured in the record generator, and the action “Start application” is shown. I expected to find this action in the sys_declarative_action_assignment table; however, the only entry with the label “Start application” appears to be associated with the Social Benefit case type. Could you assist me in identifying where this action is actually defined?

I figured out the mystery: the action is defined directly in the CSM Configurable Workspace Playbook – Answer Pre‑eligibility Questions UI Builder page, which is located under the Playbook Experience Builder.

The action is defined directly in the CSM Configurable Workspace Playbook page within the Playbook Experience Builder, not in traditional PSDS configuration tables—so that's where to look for playbook actions.
